User agreement
By purchasing the equipment from zievert.com
- We hereby certify that the products will be used strictly in civilian applications; and will not be used in any of the following activities or end-uses:
- Nuclear weapons or nuclear-related activities or end-uses, including research, development, design, manufacture, testing, construction, operation or maintenance;
- Missile or rocket systems activities or end-uses, including design, development, production, testing or use of rocket systems (including ballistic missile systems, space launch vehicles and sounding rockets) or military unmanned air vehicles (including cruise missile systems, target drones and reconnaissance drones); or
- Chemical or biological weapons activities or end-uses, including design, development, production, stockpiling or use of any chemical or biological weapons.
- We certify that the products will not be used by military end-users, or in military end-uses.
- We certify that the products will not be re-sold to a third country (except the USA and Canada) without a prior written permission from Zievert, Inc.
- We certify that the products will not be re-sold in or transferred to:
- any U.S.-sanctioned or embargoed countries, currently including Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan and Syria; or
- any person, entity, organization or other party identified on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons List, Entity List or Unverified List; the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List.
